Bio

I am a practicing psychoanalyst and psychotherapist currently working in Davie, Broward County, Florida. I graduated as a psychologist in 1979. After that, I completed a three-year postgraduate degree as a Clinical Psychology in1982, and as a Psychoanalyst from a five-year training program in 1990. I have been a member of the International Psychoanalytic Association (IPA) since 1990, and of the American Psychoanalytic Association (APSAA) and the Florida Psychoanalytic Center since 2004.

Like Melanie Klein and Sigmund Freud before her, I believe in the power of psychoanalysis to uncover unconscious drives latent since infancy. Through the work of therapy, such discoveries can have a healing effect on patients, helping individuals achieve a deep understanding of their inner world and, as a result, to overcome their issues, repetitive patterns of behavior, and crises in life.
